The Text is upstanding,I am not really sure about the picture and size of the picture, I believe pictures are meant to be small and restricted to the right side of the article in a small square box, also it was hard to understand what picture was representing maybe it was because of the size of the picture, but it looks more like just a man wearing a whiteish shirt.
