NT parliament
[edit]Yes the NT obviously has a parliament, but it is not called the Parliament of the Northern Territory, it is called the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. Refer the Northern Territory (Self-Government) Act 1978. This is a genuine difference between the NT and e.g. state parliaments where the Parliament is defined and capitalised.
