I have a question. Why are you calling my websites spam? What qualifies as spam? Thanks.

[edit]Enjoying my time
[edit]I'm only now getting around to thanking you for your welcome message on my userpage. I have very much enjoyed chiming in on particular areas of interest, and look forward to more. So far--a wonderful community! Congrats on your new status as, is it, Administrator? Keep up the great work, and thanks for welcoming me in. BradGoddard 05:27, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
Rent Movie Reviews
[edit]We at RentMovie.com would like to introduce ourselves. We are a small group of editors and movie critics that have recently converted RentMovie.com to a full movie review website from an exclusive Rent Movie Musical website now that the excitement for the Rent musical has faded. We welcome visitors to become movie critics and submit their own movie reviews. We have been submitting movie reviews to Wikipedia for almost a year now. We use the spam rule that if we don’t see IMDB.com posts then perhaps a movie review would not interest the reader. This evening we received 3 movie reviews and posted them live on RentMovie.com and tried to update Wikipedia of the new reviews in appropriate movie sections. After posting the movie review links in style matching format for the page, we noticed that when we refresh the page they disappeared. Knowing we are not experts on Wiki thought it might be user error on our part and posted them again. Again on refresh they would disappear. This had never happen with our previous reviews on Wikipedia. Then we received your message of spam, Yuser31415. We are puzzled as to why we are now considered spam. If there is an oversight on our part, please let us know as we are looking to work more closely with Wikipedia with our MediaWiki being created here http://rentmovie.com/movie-review/ to be used for more detailed movie coverage. We look forward to your response. TruSighT 05:52, 23 January 2007 (UTC)TruSighT
Another set of eyes.
[edit]Thanks for your offer of help--if I may, I'd like to take you up on it. An extra set of eyes and a fresh opinion of my entry on Brad Goddard would be most appreciated. I undertook, unwisely, to format an autobiographical entry, which raised the ire of User:Calton. I now understand the error of my ways; but would still like to salvage the wiki entry. My response to Calton is on his discussion page, at the bottom, which addresses some of his concerns, as well as my own. Being the least experienced of we three, I'd like another perspective--I seem to have ticked him off. And I would certainly be open to suggestions on how, or if, the entry can be improved.
Cheers, BradGoddard 05:54, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

My RfA
[edit]Thanks for taking the time to review my contributions and contribute to my RfA. I withdrew when it became clear that the uphill climb had crossed the snowball threshold, but I appreciate your feedback and the process gave me some good ideas for other ways I can be contributing to Wikipedia. I'll work on the areas that came up in the discussion, and try again after I've gained wider experience. -FisherQueen (Talk) 12:29, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
Banning User:Zarbon
[edit]Hi Yuser (its Power level). I was wondering that if you're not too busy, would you consider beginning a community ban page for that user? I'm kinda busy fixing up the Dragon Ball related pages (as usual) and I have no idea how to begin a community ban page in the first place. Are you interested in doing one for Zarbon, or should we just leave it as how it is? I shall support you if you needed help to start it off... Power level (Dragon Ball) 17:30, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for your support

Thanks
[edit]Thanks for the welcome, Yuser. In my travels on the net, you're the first Kiwi I've met. Would want to say 'good on ya' (or is that strictly an Aussie term? Dick107 07:10, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
What vanity article?
[edit]You put a comment on MOTD saying "remember to delete that vanity article". What is it? Thanks. AstroHurricane001(Talk+Contribs+Ubx) 13:42, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Undo changes
[edit]I tried to figure out how to request a revert; however I'm thoroughly confused. I didn't mean to make changes to this article/image: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:IST-CIA-TZ.png but I accidentally did. Can those changes be removed? Thanks. Cpm0813 14:39, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Yes, please remove all my changes. Thanks. Cpm0813 17:29, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Re: Doing Well
[edit]Thanks! Actually, I'm sneaking in a few edits while studying...after the exams are over, I'll probably find more time.
Incidentally, I found something interesting - Wikipedia:WikiProject Awareness, which "aims to spread awareness of Wikipedia and the ability to edit it freely around real-life communities in order to try and attract more contributors from a variety of ages." It's fairly new, and I thought that you might have some ideas! -A.Ou 22:36, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Confused
[edit]I have a message from you called Last Warning. Not had a previous warning and it says it's for spam. I've not spammed anybody! Just added the community forum address for my town to the town page and seeing how lots of wiki pages have similar links I assumed this was fine. I've not seen any rules that say otherwise yet.

Just to add when can the link be put back? I don't own the page it's linking to and it makes no money.
