Kylie Jenner
[edit]Hi, and thanks for your recent edits to the Kylie Jenner article. I appreciate your input but have reverted one of your edits and rephrased another. Please do not take any offence regarding this - we're all learning all of the time.
1. you removed the redlinked items. This happens a lot but it is not usually justifiable. Just because an article does not exist for a person or place does not mean that one will not be created in future, and someone later would then have to create links to it. It is a very subjective area, I admit. But given the Kardashian family's clear desire for self-promotion it would be no surprise if at some point articles were created for the other members of the family. Hence my revert. Personally, I feel that the article is of a "non-notable" person but I am tolerating it for now, despite a previous community decision that it should not exist at all.
2. you mention that Bruce Jenner was a "former olympian". I have rephrased this - no worries, honest. What it needs, though, is a citation to prove that he was a former Olympic athlete. And that citation cannot be another article on Wikipedia and must be from a "reliable source". Again, I appreciate your edit and in this case have merely rephrased it. If you find a citation which is suitable but have any trouble referring to it then feel free to get in touch with me on my talk page and I'll explain how to do so.
Enjoy your Wikipedia experience. You're welcome! - Sitush (talk) 00:23, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
