There appears to be a problem with one of you edits, pertaining to the songs charts in France. You provided the reference "ChartsInFrance.net", and I do not feel it meets Wikipedia:RS. Websites such as "LesCharts.com" are considered reliable sources and are frequently used, on the website I checked both the top 100 singles and top 50 digital singles and it shows no listing for the song, at all. I'm removing the information for now, if the song shows up on LesCharts.com then I'll re-add it's charting position, until then the information should be removed. If you have any problems please respond here or on the articles talk page. Thanks Crystal Clear x3 [talk] 17:20, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
- Charts in France are available on lescharts.com, disqueenfrance.com, musiqueinfo.com and chartsinfrance.net, and that's a reliable source that has existed for 10 years, you'll see Friday when lescharts.com will publish the full charts "We Are the World 25 for Haiti" will be #25. On Tuesday a news is published by chartsinfrance with some positions, Wednesday or Thursday we can found on Ozap the sales and this is just Friday that authorized the dissemination of full charts on various websites, and then Friday I will change the link chartsinfrance by disqueenfrance or lescharts. Ke$ha: Tik Tok
[edit]Please do not change charts so they are not the macro as you did to Tik Tok (song) just because the Fench Singles Chart is made up of Physical CD's doesn't make it a physical chart. It's called French Singles Chart and that's how the macro is. Please go to Wikipedia:Record charts and click on the singlechart template. This shows you how to implement the macro. If you need help just ask me. Jayy008 (talk) 14:26, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
- Physical and digital sales are not merged into a single classification (So we can not say for example than Digital Chart is a component of French Singles Chart because for the moment this is just a physical chart), SNEP decide to merge the two charts during spring 2010 [[1]], so the french digital chart is necessary on "Tik Tok" page, especially since digital sales are much higher ==> List of French number-one hits of 2010. Tik Tok is No.1 in French Physical Singles Chart [[2]], the complete chart will be published on Friday, so I expect tomorrow to change this. Thestreamer (talk) 15:57, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, thanks. I didn't know they're merging, that will be so much better for Music in France, considering it will be much fairer for a start. But the Physical chart is called "French Singles Chart" not Physical chart. Please remember to write what you're changing in the edit summary when you edit a page. Also please do not just revert my edits, I changed the format to the Macro, because that's what the whole page has. Jayy008 (talk) 13:53, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Allez Ola Olé
[edit]It's the "é" that's keeping {{singlechart}} from working. There's a fix in the new version of the Wikimedia software, but that is a month away.—Kww(talk) 16:24, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
- Ok, thank you for your help, I'll wait for the update. Thestreamer(talk) 17:05, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
Need You Now
[edit]Hello.. I see on your user page that you live in France, and I'm curious to know if this song ever plays on the radio in your country and/or is popular, could you be so kind as to tell me? Thanks Nowyouseemetalk2me 10:45, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
- Hi. "Need You Now" was played on NRJ (the most popular music radio station in France) during the summer, several times a day. And again this month but less regularly. But apart NRJ I didn't hear in other radio stations, apart Voltage (music radio in Paris) but I think that the song is probably played on local radio stations outside Paris. --Thestreamer (talk) 11:17, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
RFC courtesy notice - succession boxes
[edit]As someone who has taken part in previous discussions regarding the use of succession boxes in articles for songs and albums, I'd like to notify you of a request for comment that is taking place at WT:CHARTS#Request for comment: Use of succession boxes. It would be nice to finally come to a resolution on this. If you have already participated in this RFC, then please disregard this notice. Fair use rationale for File:Jessy matador allez ola ole (radio edit) sample.ogg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Jessy matador allez ola ole (radio edit) sample.ogg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 19:46, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

Please do not upload high-resolution non-free images
[edit]Hi, Thestreamer. I noticed you've uploaded some non-free images (such as logos and album covers) at very high resolution. Please note that, according to the non-free content criteria (item 3b), non-free images must be of low resolution rather than high resolution. The size of a non-free image should be no larger than what is needed for it to serve its purpose in a Wikipedia article. If you have any questions, please let me know or ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks! —Bkell (talk) 20:42, 16 August 2011 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
