Heh, I like your enthusiasm on your contributions to Wikipedia but please could you just type in somewhat formal English grammar when submitting e.g., not using exclamation points on every sentences. :-) --Who What Where Nguyen Why 03:56, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:Abcf pill orange new.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Abcf pill orange new.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 03:04, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Your recent contribution to the Wikipedia article E! News is very much appreciated. However, please take a moment to look over your contributions for spelling, grammatical, and punctuation errors before submitting them in final. This will help lessen the amount of copyediting work that fellow Wikipedians need to do, and will help improve the overall appearance of Wikipedia. This is not meant to be a disciplinary message, but merely a friendly request. Thank you!

It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed content from Christopher Boothe. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. An image that you uploaded, Image:Cwlogo.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Copyright problems because it is a suspected copyright violation. Please look there if you know that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), and then provide the necessary information there and on its page, if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.

Thanks for uploading Image:Energy_997_logo.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

KCIT & Newscast Start Dates...

[edit]

Please quit changing the launch date of the newscast on KCIT. It was not begun in 2003, as I have newscasts from 2002 proving otherwise. Newsline 00:10, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Veronica Mars

[edit]

Hi, I've noticed you keep changing the end date from present to May 22, 2007 on the Veronica Mars page. Please note that the programme is not yet over, and present is appropriate UNTIL the last two episodes air on May 22.. Please reply to me on my talk page.Cheers—Illyria05 RingContrib. 20:50, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Soap tables

[edit]

Hi, I've noticed that you like to constantly change/update the "Comings and goings" sections of soap pages with every little announcement or rumor. This is very annoying but I can't stop you. HOWEVER, I would ask that you be more careful when changing tables — I have had to clean up after you twice over the last few of days alone, as you removed the "|}" characters or whatever and damaged the table, made it partially disappear, etc. If you don't know the proper table format, please stop editing them. TAnthony 13:52, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, thanks for your diligence, you are correct, too many people are constantly adding info before it's official and without sources. TAnthony 02:22, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Abcf pill orange new.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Abcf pill orange new.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 06:37, 16 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why with the constant re-adjusting of dates?

[edit]

Seriously, I see that you and a secondary IP address continue to play with the KCIT page and a few other AMR media pages. You obviously either don't know the correct information or just like making incorrect adjustments. Either way, it's going to stop. I'll put together a nice report on your actions in short order. Marcus TVNT 09:47, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I actually have copies of newscasts from KCIT from 2001, 2002 & 2003. If they began in March of 2003 as you claim, how could I be in posession of said newscasts in my archive? Also, I live in Canyon, not too far from the AMR. I'm working on expanding the database on the telvision stations in our area, and would appreciate accurate information rather than nonsensical and flippant changes to pages. Marcus TVNT 04:52, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect. They were indeed the full :30 newscasts with Kelly James, Paige Cook, Dan Skoff & Andy Justus. I also have a copy of their short-lived 1 Hour 7AM Newscasts from 2002-2003. Marcus TVNT 05:08, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Sunset Center Mall

[edit]

Sunset Center Mall, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Sunset Center Mall satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sunset Center Mall and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Sunset Center Mall during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. ER Run

[edit]

I noticed you recently changed ER's final airdate from present (indicating an ongoing still on-air program) to 2009. Since NBC has made no official announcement as to ER's status, there's no way that is accurate. Even if we had a final broadcast date for the show, it would not be appropriate to use it until after the date (see the old comment re: Veronica Mars; the same principle applied here.) Therefore, I have reverted your change to present, which is both accurate and reflects ER's current status. --Drmargi (talk) 12:40, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Notice

The article KTMO-LP has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Subject does not meet the GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
