The [b]United Nation of the Blunan Federation[/b], more commonly known as the [b]Blunan Federation[/b], or simply [b]Bluna[/b, is a sovereign nation located off the coast of North-East Canada, in the Labrador Sea.
The nation encompasses the entirety of the Blunan island and is a Federal Parliamentary Semi-Presidential, Constitutional Monarchy. The current Monarch is Grand Duke Christopher I Vialls, who has reigned since 2009 from the age of 9. Making him the youngest head of state currently in the world and also the 4th youngest head of state to take office since 1900. The Blunan Federation's capital is Centralia, a political and economic centre of the Blunan Island since the 1930s. Receiving official city status by the Treaty of Odense in 1931.
