There is an error in here, the text insinuates that the Melkites were Monophysites, but they were Greek Orthodox at the time. This is the reason for the term "Melkite" - the followers of the "king" (the emperor). Last but not least, instead of the term "monophysite" the term "miaphysite" is the correct term used for this denomination in current scholarshipTheo Corner (talk) 19:44, 4 July 2013 (UTC).
