Welcome!
Hello, Thengeveld, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, especially what you did for Hollis, New Hampshire. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. Clearing
Hi there - the token is equivalent to using {{clear}}. I have no idea how it works; I've just noticed other editors using it, and I've seen how it's more flexible in its results than hard-coding. I wish I could send you to a list of templates, but the things I use are just things I've picked up over the years... It's kind of amazing the number of tricks people have. So welcome to Wikipedia! --Ken Gallager (talk) 18:39, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
Your recent edits
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four halfwidth tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 18:58, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
FCC Commissioners
Where did you get the info regarding when the FCC commissioner's terms expire?

+++ Directly from the library of congress. The citation in the previous column (to "presidential nominations"). It'll take you presidential nominations page of the LOC database. Enter "communications commission" in the search box and it will give you all the nominations and results since 1989. Invariably then either go for five years from july 1st, or fill an expired term ending June 30. I'm pretty sure there's some law that established that date, but I haven't worked very hard to find it. Cheers. Thengeveld (talk) 01:24, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
