User talk:Theholymac
On behalf of the Wikipedia community, I would like to thank you for your contributions. You're already off to great start. I see a future for you among the throngs of Wikipediholics! If you need assistance with titling new articles, please see the naming conventions, and for help on formatting the pages visit the manual of style. For general questions go to Wikipedia:Help or the FAQ. If we've been so inattentive as to not have the answer in any of those places, check the Village Pump (for Wikipedia related questions) or the Reference Desk (for general questions). There's still more help at the Tutorial and Policy Library. Finally, don't forget to visit the Community Portal. If you have any more questions after that, feel free to ask me directly on my user talk page.

License tagging for Image:Borealis3windmills.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Borealis3windmills.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 07:04, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

NowCommons: File:TinMan.JPG
[edit]File:TinMan.JPG is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:TinMan.JPG. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:TinMan.JPG]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 08:54, 2 October 2009 (UTC)
