Another model theorist

[edit]

Hello Thehalfone! I believe S. B. mentioned you in connection to the article on Dugald Macpherson, and I also believe you are one of the people I met, but I am not sure. I noticed there are some duplications and unnecessary inconsistencies around the foundations of model theory and universal algebra, so I would like to do some work in that area. You might want to have a look at my user page for information on what I am up to. I would be very interested in your opinions. --Hans Adler 15:47, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thehalfone, thanks for taking the time to comment on Wikipedia_talk:Notability_(fiction)#Final_adoption_as_a_guideline. I am glad you also see how important this guideline will be, since it will determine the inclusion or exclusion of television character and television episodes. I agree that the "The three pronged test is terrible." Ikip (talk) 14:45, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
