Abkhaz roundel
[edit]You forgot to note if you created that image, without copyright status, it will be deleted, so you might want to fix that. :) - The Bushranger (talk) 20:19, 27 April 2010 (UTC)
Russian Air Force Roundel
[edit]Dear new user
Please do not add this blue-red-white rounder to the article. This roundel is used by Russian Border Force aircraft. Furthermore, the Russian DUMA has voted against roundel change last year (please research this on-line and also see the page talk section). So the red star will remain as the roundel.
Also, the contents in the Govt. link you provided were highly ambigious and doesn't have any images attached to it for confirmation.
I have notified experts (admin) of this constant vandalism and if you keep on changing the content without discussing it first, you could risk being blocked from editing contents in future.
Thanks - Ash sul (talk) 23:42, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
- The Government Link I posted had a .doc file attached with the Images. Here's the direct link to that .doc if you can not locate the link on the Page I linked [1]
I have also extracted the Image of the newly approved Roundel and uploaded it if you cannot for some reason view the .doc .
File:Officalnewrussianroundel.png Title: Многоцветный рисунок - знака государственной принадлежности - изображения пятилучевой звезды (Eng- Multi-color image of the mark of nationality - images five-pointed star)
Meanwhile The Act stated the Star is for Military Aircraft only, to support this, recent Images of Russian State Aircraft show them with the new fin flash in place of where the Red Star was formerly applied.
Also to add to this, the Russian Page on Wikipedia shows the Tricolor Roundel being the official one with two citations --Thegunkid (talk) 14:44, 1 May 2010 (UTC)
- Hi Thegunkid, greetings from New Zealand. Thanks for your contributions regarding the new roundel. However the discussion on the talkpage at the moment does not seem to make clear whether the three-colour design has actually been accepted, or rejected, by the Federation Council. Please check what the actual official status is and cite your sources before making any further edits on this. Cheers and thanks, Buckshot06 (talk) 11:07, 6 May 2010 (UTC)

Tunis
[edit]I suggest to put Tunisia in colunt with rebel forces and coalition states with note that there are border clashes but without official statement that Tunisia is in the war. I think that this would be the most precise solution.--Vojvodae please be free to write :) 12:21, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
Uhh, last time I checked Tunisia isn't picking sides... yet, but they are currently engaged in combat with Gaddafi Forces in defense and not on the side of the Rebels so they need to be placed in their own box --Thegunkid (talk) 12:31, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
