Hi! I was the admin who originally deleted your first submission Draft:Eke Ugbaga Eke, and your second attempt was identical to the first. The reason I deleted it was that it read like someone's CV, and as such it is classed as a candidate for speedy deletion for advertising. Having looked in more detail at the article, I can see that there is something there that could make it a valid article, but before that could happen I had to remove a lot of text. This I have done, and it is now reads in a more neutral point of view. All it needs now is for citations from reliable sources that support the text. If you can do that, by all means resubmit the article.

The CFI citations are just bios, and are not consider significant coverage. I'm uncertain about the notability of the subject as well, with some concerns towards the author's neutrality (access to a "passport photo" implies a close connection to the subject, if the author is not the subject himself).
