Hi, you might want to actually check what an admin says, rather than just reverting their edit - if you dont understand - try reading up before asserting your difference by re-reverting - you might find that you are in a situation where you get blocked for your activity - as you have a delete version of archiving your talk page try this for size :) - please read the explanation and summaries of the other editor before attempting to revert again otherwise you are heading for WP:3RR and its not a pleasant place to go - cheers SatuSuro 04:33, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

Stations and lines

I agree with having tiny stations dealt with on the line page rather than separate pages (in Melbourne there are single station rail lines which have article on both the line (Spring Vale Cemetery railway line, Melbourne) and the station (Spring Vale Cemetery railway station, Melbourne)...) but the so called consensus is that they should be their own articles. Arguing with Rebcecca is like fighting with a brick wall, spending your time getting pissed off about it is just a waste of time, especially given the huge holes everywhere that need expanding. Why?

The reason I made the edit is because you put the passenger statistic in the notes section. I don’t see why it has to be put there. I say "effectively" a single line because I believe there are crossing loops (or maybe I am wrong). So it is not a single line like say the Grange line. If you had trains stopping at those stations it would slows down the train too much, so the timetabling would be affected.

Since you have such superior spelling and grammar why don’t you concentrate on writing article rather then trolling through others?

Fair comment. I guess it doesn't have to be put there. I put it in the notes 'cos it didn't seem all that important - what is important is the reasons (excuses?) for the closure; the passenger statistics are supporting evidence for one of the so-called reasons.

Yes, it is not a single line like the Grange line. But it is a single line like the Adelaide-to-Melbourne line. So it sounds like a hair-splitting definitional thing - we may both be wrong; we may both be right.

looks like you put a lot of effort into it - well done. Does the original vector data still exist somewhere, or is it only a GIF now? If you are capable of editing the file, could "Galwer" please be corrected to "Gawler" at the top of the image?
