Local IP block exempt request

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

The Harvett Vault (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

My global IP block exempt request was already granted, but not local (including Wikipedia, Commons, Meta, etc.). Due to ongoing abusive issues, the IP address ranges have been blocked globally. HarvettFox96 (talk) 06:51, 3 May 2018 (UTC) - edited on 08:58, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

There needs to be an 'exceptional need' for an IPBE to be granted. Since you have been able to edit regularly since that IP address was blocked then you plainly are able to use an alternative IP address so there is not such an 'exceptional need'. Just Chilling (talk) 20:45, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Comparison of Linux distributions appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. GermanJoe (talk) 10:20, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@GermanJoe: Didn't take a look earlier? Since the Free Software Foundation has announced Hyperbola GNU/Linux-libre being officially endorsed, and listed into libre/free GNU/Linux distro. HarvettFox96 (talk) 10:27, 7 December 2018 (UTC), edited on 10:54, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The topic needs a stand-alone article on Wikipedia first, based on multiple independent sources. Please see WP:GNG and WP:WTAF for additional advice. Thank you. GermanJoe (talk) 10:30, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I wish they'll need help to create in a near soon. Emulatorman made an article by request via IRC last time. HarvettFox96 (talk) 10:38, 7 December 2018 (UTC), edited on 23:52, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Huey's Father's Day moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Huey's Father's Day, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
