Clear headed thinking
I wanted to complement you on your clear headed, principled logic here [[1]]. I wish there was a way to get more editors to understand this sort of argument from principle vs the very common, argument from what we emotionally prefer. It reminds me of some of the logic displayed by Alan Dershowitz. Springee (talk) 19:12, 9 January 2021 (UTC)
Nordic model
Could you please verify the History section? Especially regarding Sweden and the statement "[i]n the 1950s, Olof Palme and the prime minister Tage Erlander formulated the basis of Swedish social democracy and what would become known as the 'Swedish model', drawing inspiration not from reformist socialism but from the American economist John Kenneth Galbraith and the liberal ideas he articulated in The Affluent Society." The given ref at the end of the statement does not actually say this or mention Galbraith in that sense. Perhaps, that may be true for those to their right, although we would still need a source for this, but since we are talking about the Social Democratic Party of Sweden, we should instead say "[t]he philosophy of the Social Democratic Party of Sweden was that if people were healthy, well-educated and had a decent standard of living, that they would seek to develop a socialist society. They did not consider the welfare state to be socialism but a necessary condition for its development." I would love to read some works which summarise this view because it is really intereseting. - The source doesn't support the text and it seems dubious anyway. Why don't you just remove it? TFD (talk) 08:58, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
Wikitea
Benevolent human has given you a cup of tea. Tea promotes WikiLove and hopefully this has made your day ever so slightly better.
Spread the WikiLove by giving someone else a tea, especially if it is someone you have had disagreements with in the past or someone putting up with some stick at this time. Enjoy!
Spread the lovely, warm, refreshing goodness of tea by adding {{subst:wikitea}} to their talk page with a friendly message.

Falkland Islanders (obvs :)
Hi TFD, just want to thank you for keeping it civil on that page, I know we have disagreed quite strongly in the past but you've kept it the right side of WP:CIVIL throughout which I appreciate. I've got a favour to ask, I was wondering if you know how to put links to the archives on the talk page? I would do it myself but I am exceptionally bad with wiki code... Boynamedsue (talk) 10:45, 18 January 2021 (UTC)
No problem. I find it easy to remain civil because I don't have a strong side in the Falklands/Malvinas dispute. You can link to archives like this Talk:Falkland Islands/Archive 27#Dispute. Or you can use a link to the url.[2] TFD (talk) 12:17, 18 January 2021 (UTC)
Thanks a million, all the best.Boynamedsue (talk) 12:41, 18 January 2021 (UTC)
