This electoral term of the Central Control Commission was elected by the 28th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) in 1990, and was in session until the illegalisation of the CPSU in the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic on 6 November 1991.[1]
