B.Gen Ross quote

[edit]

I undid the quote from the Battle of Vimy Ridge page. It was suggested that it be removed being of POW as part of the A-level and FA-level work currently being conducted, and I'd have to say I agree. This being said the I still feel the quote is important and believe it would find a better home in the article for the Canadian National Vimy Memorial. I have been busting my ass trying to improve the quality of the Canadian National Vimy Memorial page and have my drafts saved in my sandbox (User:Labattblueboy/sandbox). You can be certain that I'll have the quote in the Pilgrimage and unveiling section, in a manner similar to the quote by Major-General Sir Beauvoir de Lisle in the Beaumont-Hamel Newfoundland Memorial article. Thoughts? --Labattblueboy (talk) 00:52, 23 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In support of this goal, the edit-a-thon at Atla's (formerly the American Theological Library Association) annual meeting will focus on improving articles about women in religion. We would love to have a few Vancouver area Wikipedians to help us get new editors oriented and editing!!
