Disambiguation link notification for January 10
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Short Game, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Anna (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

AfC notification: Draft:At All Costs (2016 film) has a new comment
[edit]January 2018
[edit]Hello, I'm John from Idegon. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Potomac School (McLean, Virginia), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. With the exception of absolutely uncontestable mundane facts that cannot be considered promotional in any way, facts need reliable independent secondary sources. Kendall Demonstration Elementary School
[edit]Hi TheSalmon25, I noticed you had created Kendall Demonstration Elementary School in the mainspace near the end of last month, and I've been checking it here and then and can see you have been actively expanding on it which is good -there are some good sources in there. I just want to note that elementary schools are normally considered non-notable and are redirected/merged to their school district or locality (some may face deletion). No issues so far after doing a copyright violation check.
We have a school article guidelines page which describes how the content of school articles should be organized, with the aim of providing general guidance to editors. Please read the guidelines and ensure the article is in line with it. Also asking John from Idegon if he wouldn't mind taking a second look to ensure this school is not at risk. Thank you Steven (Editor) (talk) 21:34, 5 November 2019 (UTC)
- TheSalmon25, also want to add that it looks like you may have copied the infobox from another article which is against the school article guidelines. Please make sure you use a fresh copy from the template page. Steven (Editor) (talk) 02:03, 6 November 2019 (UTC)
- I marked it as reviewed. Might want to add some more stats from NCES, including demographics. John from Idegon (talk) 22:37, 5 November 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks John, so that means this school is ok for inclusion in the mainspace right? Think we may have a problem with NCES, tried adding it for this user but can't find the school, putting the zipcode brings up Model Secondary School for the Deaf which has the same address, mentioned in the intro of this article and has its own article Steven (Editor) (talk) 02:07, 6 November 2019 (UTC)
- It appears to have reached notability by being featured in vetted academic journals. Did I misread something? It's quite possible. Still recovering from surgery. I wouldn't be offended if you unreviewed it or asked our friend K for his opinion. John from Idegon (talk) 05:31, 6 November 2019 (UTC)
