Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at King Von, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. – 2.O.Boxing 19:22, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I AM the source, Im Chris Devins the Artist. This article puts the whole mural on me, when it was a Delilah Martinez/Mural Movement project which I did as a work for hire. The Mural Movement and Empi.re Management,m his distribution company, misled me about King Von, they did not tell me who he was , the pain he caused people. Here is the source that you are completely missing https://www.complex.com/music/a/cmplxdrea-o/king-von-mural-o-block-delilah-martinez-interview
It states that the mural was a Mural Movement project and that I was the Artist. It is important for me that people do not think this was my idea. I regret this mural. Please add that nuance for me. TheLetterist (talk) 19:40, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I am not a skilled editor, have trouble doing citations. Please add for me. Because I am just the tiniest bit known, the news used my name for clicks and things were written out of context. The way the Mural Movement works, Delilah Martinez finds the walls and the projects, we as Artist generally have no idea of the subject matter, we are hired to strictly depict. I have now been left holding the bag on this mural, which i lobbied to have taken down once I found out about King Vons killings. Here it is directly from the persons mouth, whose mural project it was https://www.instagram.com/reel/CgQF7yDgNen/?igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng== . The way this article is written is dangerous for me , it looks like it was my project. You are missing the true nature of what happened, the evidence of which i have shown you. On Fox TV Delilah and the Mural Movement took all the credit for the mural https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owFov_a2dGw . You are missing that. Her name is nowhere seen. The mural also offended the Chicago Police. They way you have the article written, its as if it was all me, there is no mention of the Mural Movement, or Delilah Martinez, no mention of my regret. If you are Chris Devins then you should stop editing said content, and more importantly, not edit the article you created about yourself, per WP:Conflict of interest (I'll leave a template below). As for the issue at hand; I see no reason to mention the organisation that hired you, especially when we don't have an article on them. The only reason you're mentioned is because you created an article about yourself. For there to be additional detail of the regret you mention you'll have to provide WP:Reliable sources that discuss your regret, at Talk:King Von, and make an edit request. – 2.O.Boxing 08:30, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I understaand, here is the article about the organization though. https://www.complex.com/music/a/cmplxdrea-o/king-von-mural-o-block-delilah-martinez-interview
I would prefer I not be mentioned in the article if possible, I do have a better understanding of this side of Wiki though TheLetterist (talk) 05:15, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Im no employee of anything. I understand. If you can put those sources in there, make it more balanced, by telling that the project was Mural Movement, Delilah Martinzez, in addition to me, it would be more accurate. I showed you the source proof, thank you for your clarification on the rules. TheLetterist (talk) 15:23, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Is there a place I can leave a note and sources to an editor? TheLetterist (talk) 15:43, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The best place to propose any edits, with WP:Reliable sources in support, would be Talk:King Von. – 2.O.Boxing 20:34, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Would it be possible to just leave the Artist Chris Devins out of the article? Does it have to say "painted by Chris Devins"? I am Chris Devins and I did the art as a work for hire for the Mural Movement, Delilah Martinez. https://www.complex.com/music/a/cmplxdrea-o/king-von-mural-o-block-delilah-martinez-interview I would prefer I not be mentioned in the article if possible. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CgQF7yDgNen/?igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng== In both these sources, Delilah clearly states that it was a Mural Movement project. When I agreed to draw him, i did not he was, to be frank, a killer. I am not of the generation who listens to his music, I thought he was just another rapper. I do not want to be associated with the pain he has caused. If i cant express my regret in this article, can you please just leaver my name out of it? TheLetterist (talk) 22:48, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There is very little chance of the name being removed from King Von's article. – 2.O.Boxing 09:03, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Its not "the" name, it's MY name. TheLetterist (talk) 13:51, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
