Please explain and tell me why you didn't add the Austrian flag here. I understand that you mainly upload National anthem by National anthem on YouTube and are also active in Wikipedia. Then you probably know the history of flags and coats of arms better than I do. I wonder if you've been doing YouTube for a long time or have been doing Wikipedia for two years and have thought about adding the Austrian flag to the Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia, even if you have a source. Most of them seem to have records of the current Austrian flag being used today, but do you have any thoughts on adding it? --Vichycombo (talk) 21:32, 30 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

For what I understood the English speaking wikipedia follows a "all or none" policy on flags. For the same reason AH does not feature a flag (which I disagree but eh...) I prefered to not put the austrian tricolour. TheFlagandAnthemGuy (talk) 10:41, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Here, I saw the deleted summary of File:Kingdom of Italy (Napoleonic, 1805–1814).ogg, which I uploaded by referring to YouTube. Please provide specific grounds that it could not be used as a National anthem, and grounds and sources that it could not be replaced with a National anthem. Moreover, if you search for the Country name and national anthem on YouTube, the symbolic national anthem will appear, and even though there is a YouTube source, you cannot check the details of the removal, so I ask a question. --Vichycombo (talk) 21:41, 30 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Vichycombo, you are still not understanding that just because an anthem is widely used doesn't mean we have the right to use it, unless you can prove that it is usable for free. I don't know if it's you who changed a bunch of added a bunch of PD templates to your uploaded files but you have to actually prove such things. I hope you add evidence that the recording is public domain, otherwise I will be proposing them for deletion. Cakelot1 ☞️ talk 06:38, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
"by referring to YouTube" sums it all: you can not rely on YouTube, even less when every video cited fail to indicate an actual source. TheFlagandAnthemGuy (talk) 10:47, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
