Help.

I am a fairly new editor to Wikipedia and I am thinking about applying to become an admin. However, after reading about what you should be able to do, I've decided to turn down the role for now. Is there a way by any chance for me to squeeze in some extra learning courses, because I don't want to hold the admin title and have 0% knowledge.
