[edit]Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Aung Zeya-class frigate, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 16:12, 15 August 2020 (UTC)

49 m Stealth FAC(M) moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, 49 m Stealth FAC(M), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. scope_creepTalk 00:01, 9 September 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Defence Industry Remote Controlled Weapon Station (DI RCWS). Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Please do not use external hyperlinks like blogs into the article mainspace that you had done to the Myanmar Army. Thanks, Outlander07@talk 15:18, 4 October 2020 (UTC)
List of equipment of the Myanmar Army
[edit]Your revert reinstated a citation ( Andrew Selth(Griffith Asia Institute) (2020-10-29). "STRONG, FULLY EFFICIENT AND MODERN: MYANMAR'S NEW LOOK ARMED FORCES" (PDF). Archived (PDF) from the original on 29 October 2020. Retrieved 2016.
) that includes the text accessdate=2016
. This is wrong for two reasons. First, you added this source on 29 October 2020 not 2016. Further, the accessdate parameter must be a full date, as outlined at Help:Citation Style 1#Access date. Because you only use a year, the page is placed in Category:CS1 errors: dates. Besides this error, the citation itself is riddled with poor formatting. Please revert your edit. kennethaw88 • talk 04:12, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
- I have fixed the citation again since you have not responded. kennethaw88 • talk 04:38, 3 November 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Disambiguation link notification for December 1
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Myanmar Navy, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Haigyi Island. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

YJ-83
[edit]What is the year of delivery of the C-802A to Myanmar in the SIPRI registry?
Using China as the source, Myanmar as the recipient, and the years 2000 to 2019, the only time the string "C-802A" appears is:
- (30) C-802/CSS-N-8 Anti-ship missile (2015) 2018-2019 (10) C-802AK version; for JF-17 combat aircraft
- - RovingPersonalityConstruct (talk, contribs) 06:01, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
In your provided list, you can see CSS-N-8.CSS-N-8 Saccade is the NATO reporting name of YJ-83.But YJ-83 is not a name of export version. The export version of YJ-83 in surface-launch variant is called C-802A.Therefore,I use the name as C-802A instead of YJ-83. Thar thar lay(military observer) (talk) 06:35, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
On the other hand, it also says "C-802". At best, the SIPRI list is unclear when "C-802/CSS-N-8" is used without clarification (like in the above entry where "C-802AK" is specified), and using it to say "C-802A" would fail verification. Your explanation as to why it would be acceptable strikes me as being WP:OR. - RovingPersonalityConstruct (talk, contribs) 00:39, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
