Speedy deletion of Work Etiquette

A tag has been placed on Work Etiquette requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. A few notes on Work Etiquette

Welcome to Wikipedia. :) (I've added a welcome template above; it contains some handy links you might want to explore.) I have declined the speedy on this article under the tag since you expanded it, but for now I have converted it to a "redirect" to the relevant section of Etiquette. There may be room for an article on work etiquette, especially as the section in the parent article is western-centric, but it will need to be expanded a bit beyond a simple definition. (Our sister project, Wiktionary, hosts definitions.) You'll also want to be sure to include reliable sources to verify that the information in the article is not original thought. (As an encyclopedia, our goal is to provide a resource describing known and published information, not to create original material.)

You can feel free to edit the redirect if you'd like to expand the article in these ways. It can be a little tricky to edit a redirect page if you aren't familiar with them, but once you know how it's no problem. When you go to a redirected article, it will dump you immediately into a new destination, in this case a section of another article. Click the "back" button on your browser, and it will take you to the head of the page, where you will see in subscript just below the article title "(Redirected from Work Etiquette)". The words "Work Etiquette" in that sub-header will be a Wikilink. If you click on it, it will take you directly to that article without redirecting you, and you can click edit and work on the article as usual. You can also access the material you had started with it you want to build on it by clicking on the history tab, clicking on an earlier edit that contains the material and editing that page directly. (In this case, to reach that you could follow this link.)
