Dear ThG. Thank you for your contribution to Everyone Else Has Had More Sex Than Me, but I'm afraid that the link to lyricwiki is not consistent with Wikipedia's copyright policy. When we add links to material on external sites, we must ensure that the site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. According to a March 2008 notice in their blog, Lyricwiki no longer pursues legal licensing. Like Youtube, it only removes lyrics if a DMCA take-down notice is filed by the artist. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. Wikipedia exercises all necessary diligence to ensure that we remain compliant with US copyright law.

If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, you might want to link to that site instead. Sites such as mtv.com have been gradually increasing the number of lyrics they display legally, with proper compensation to the artists. If these lyrics are not currently displayed there, perhaps eventually they will be. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:31, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of PEAS

[edit]

The article PEAS has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article is a paraphrase of parts of the AI textbook AIMA, for the purpose of which the PEAS concept was invented. A web search turns up only course material from various university courses that use AIMA and a lot of Wikipedia clones. The concept does not meet WP:GNG for lack of independent sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Four In A Line listed at Redirects for discussion

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Four In A Line. Since you had some involvement with the Four In A Line redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Steel1943 (talk) 03:11, 7 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
