Hi. Thanks for your edit to the above article. I'm just wondering if you have a reliable reference for the following text you added: "In 1925, Poore constructed a house on land purchased from Lord Wimborne’s estate, Rose Lawn Coppice, Ashington, Dorset." I hope to take this article to WP:Featured articles soon, and as the criteria for an article being featured is very high, a reference will be needed. Cheers. Hi I have found a source that corroborates my information,
https://www.somersetlive.co.uk/news/property/secluded-country-house-adjoining-golf-331676
I have lived in the area (Ashington) all my life, and have spoken to many old residents throughout my local research, so can confirm this is valid. Tgmatt123 (talk) 12:52, 27 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I'll add this reference to the article and archive the link on WebArchive. What a nice house. AA (talk) 23:13, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for adding this to the tin tabernacle article. I have several pics to upload from when I visited the village in 2022; I'll get round to that at some point! Cheers, Hassocks5489 (Floreat Hova!) 11:43, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
