Asserting the Executive Juris Doctor degree is "not widely accepted" is a bald face assertion lacking any supportive evidence. In other words, it's a simple opinion.

I have fully removed the paragraph on the so-called EJD. It smells of a self-promoting spam - it is unrleated to the Juris Doctor degree, it isn't endorsed by any legal accrediting body, and is only 'granted' by a couple of distance learning schools. The refs were not specific to the statements made and there were dead links. If either of these correspondence schools wish to start an article called Executive Juris Doctor, they can do so as long as they do not violate Conflict of Interest (COI), A Sniper (talk) 01:12, 22 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
