User talk:Teslaedit17
Hello, Teslaedit17
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username SunDawn, and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I've proposed an article that you started, RF Nitro Communications, for deletion because it meets one or more of our deletion criteria, and I don't think that it is suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.
If you wish to contest the deletion:
- Edit the page
- Remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- Click the button.
If you object to the article's deletion, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the issues raised in the deletion notice. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|SunDawn}}
. And remember to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

- I have edited the RF Nitro Communications page to apply to wiki guidance. While the content created may seem trivial 20 years later, at the time the products this company was making were considered novel and ground breaking and apparently were game changing enough for the company to get bough out within a year.
- The company's importance is to show a link in company products and the evolution of RF Nitro's ideas that can be follow up to products that Qorvo is selling at this moment. Albeit, the smaller company article is so short as they were absorbed into larger and larger companies. Had RF Nitro bought as many companies as Qorvo, then the RF Nitro article would be a bit longer and broader, but as it stands, I wanted to give the picture of a company with an innovation process it's credit for what it could achieve at the time. Teslaedit17 (talk) 11:17, 25 October 2022 (UTC)
- Upon further consideration, I was able to merge the minuscule contributions of RF Nitro into the RFMD article. Great call as a non-existent company that only existed for one year would hardly be expanded in the future. Please delete the RF Nitro wiki article if you can. Otherwise, it will lapse in a few days. - Teslaedit17, you know, you can remove PROD tags if you disagree with the deletion tagging. And, after a PROD'd article has been deleted, you can go to WP:REFUND and request its restoration. Thanks. Liz Read! Talk! 02:56, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks. I am learning the commands, etc. behind the wiki. In this case, I have conceded, but may remove the PROD tags on future articles. Teslaedit17 (talk) 23:47, 27 October 2022 (UTC)

Odyssey semiconductor moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Odyssey semiconductor, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
Drafted as the company might be notable per Google searches, but as it stands the article failed to show the notability of the company. ✠ SunDawn ✠ (contact) 03:06, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
- 3d GaN architecture enabling higher breakdown voltage is the notability of the companies products. I will add such reference. Teslaedit17 (talk) 10:03, 25 October 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Thank you for your work adding new content to Wikipedia. Not all topics are notable (suitable for a stand-alone Wikipedia article). An article you created does not cite sources establishing notability, so it may get deleted. A source shows that the article topic is notable when it:
- contains significant coverage: it addresses the topic directly and in multiple paragraphs of detail. A source with only trivial or off-topic mentions of the subject doesn't count.
- is a reliable source: it has a reliable publication process, or a suitable expert author (look up the reliability of common sources, or discuss). Newspapers and books usually meet this criteria, company and personal websites usually do not.
- is independent of the subject: it isn't produced by the article's subject or someone similarly affiliated with it. For example, these are not independent: the subject's press releases, autobiographies, website, and interviews.
If you can find notability-establishing sources, please add them: more than one is needed unless the applicable subject-specific notability guideline states otherwise. Specific questions can be answered live at the Teahouse help forum. Thank you. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 03:09, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
