Editing of sengkang grc wiki page
[edit]Hi I have noticed u have revert my edits. Pls dont do that cos I state clearly that it is leader name needed only. Do not need the entire team members name to be written. Btw oso the town council is not formed and has been confirmed that it is forming. So pls look into the recent news abt it before editing. Thanks! Any qns can leave me a msg on my talk page. Once again thanks!

Editing the Wikipedia article on the “East Asian Cultural Sphere”
[edit]I have been trying for several days to improve this article in various ways, but have found that almost all of my changes have been resisted, and much of the "original" text restored. For the record, I have been a scholar of East Asia at a major US university for fifty years, and believe that this experience should count for something. My only goal as an "editor" of this entry has been to make it more readable, and to help people accessing the site to appreciate the great importance of the topic. From my perspective, Singapore is a part of "Greater China" (like Taiwan or Hong Kong), and even if one wanted to see Singapore differently, it is not as important historically to the “East Asian Cultural Sphere” entry as [Greater] China, Japan, Korea and Vietnam. If you would like to restore Singapore to the entry, fine, but please don't stand in the way of my sincere efforts to make the first few paragraphs more readable. Thank you.
