This economist is one of only four economists listed on this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_economists to not have his own wikipedia site. If he is notable enough to be on that page, he is certainly notable enough to have his own page, like all but three other economists on that page. I have a B.A. in Political Science and am working on an M.P.A. and have done extensive research in the field of public economics. His name appears quite frequently.
