If you'll look at the date the message on User talk:59.178.186.123 was added, you'll notice that it was from July of 2009, more than 6 months ago. Chances are, you have a dynamic IP address. The message was probably meant for someone else. For whatever reason, your IP address recently changed to 59.178.186.123, which is why you accidentally received those messages.
