VTRs

[edit]
  • About the IVC article, no problem, my pleasure. I suggested making a redirect previously for IVC 2" helical to IVC's main article, due to the former article (IVC 2 inch Helical scan) being a red link at the time, not being writen. Thanks for doing so, and thanks also for the info you added to the 1" type B videotape article too, interesting that there were so many modifications of that format....! :) About the VK format, I could write up an article for that as well, but you can too if you feel inclined to do so... misternuvistor 00:24, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Seth Ward (Whitewater), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Santa Monica Air Line

[edit]

Thanks much for the route information. In July you added stops and mile markers to the Santa Monica Air Line page, but did not indicate where this was from. Since it would make sense to add this to the exisiting route side bar instead of the main article—especially since they now conflict, I am happy to do this as it can be tricky. However I wonder if you can tell me where you're getting the information so I can reference properly? Thanks. Lexlex (talk) 08:18, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Governors and secularization in Alta California

[edit]

Thanks for the new article on the Mexican Secularization Act of 1833. It's an important subject deserving of its own article. A couple of points for reference: It's good to have another editor with an interest in early California history. Welcome! WCCasey (talk) 23:50, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Featuring your work on Wikipedia's front page: DYKs

[edit]

Thank you for your recent articles, including SS Cedar Rapids Victory , which I read with interest. When you create an extensive and well referenced article, you may want to have it featured on Wikipedia's main page in the Did You Know section. Articles included there will be read by thousands of our viewers. To do so, add your article to the list at T:TDYK. Autopatrol

[edit]

Hi Telecineguy, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! signed, Rosguill talk 23:34, 7 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
