Welcome!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, Teaxodarty! Thank you for your contributions. I am Demiurge1000 and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. You can also check out Wikipedia:Questions or type {{help me}}

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! --Demiurge1000 (talk) 21:14, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
Your reference desk question
[edit]Thank you for your question at the reference desk, which provoked some very interesting replies, and also a reply from me. Many of the replies were from UK residents. The replies are still (right now) visible at Wikipedia:Reference desk/Humanities#Question for people that lived through the 1960s/1970s., and I (and possibly others) would be interested in what you think about the replies. Did we answer your question, ultimately? --Demiurge1000 (talk) 21:17, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
