License tagging for Image:Israeli shelling.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Israeli shelling.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Fair use rationale for Image:Golani Brigade.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Golani Brigade.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit]Hello TassadarAlpha,
Could you please post a WP:Reliable source to Talk:2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict which states that the two individuals reported captured as Hezbollah were released and determined not to be members of the organisation? Thanks, TewfikTalk 22:21, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Minor edits
[edit]Remember to mark your edits as minor when, but only when, they genuinely are (see Wikipedia:Minor edit). Marking a major change as a minor one, or vice versa, is condsidered poor etiquette. The rule of thumb is that an edit of a page that is spelling corrections, formatting, and minor rearranging of text should be flagged as a 'minor edit'. Cheers, TewfikTalk 00:11, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
Your recent edits to Time travel
[edit]Violate WP:3RR, especially if one of them was you logged out. Stop now. Michaelbusch 22:18, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
Please discuss your edits on the talk page if they are controversial. Adding them back repeatly is probably a violation of the 3 revert rule (aforementioned WP:3rr). The talk page is at Talk:Time travel. Thanks, --TeaDrinker 02:07, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
Stop the reverting now [1].
Yes, please discuss the reasoning behind your claims on Talk:Time travel before editing again...it would be nice if you could provide a reference to a textbook or a paper or an authoritative website to back them up too. My undergraduate degree is in physics, I think I have a good grasp on special relativity, but your claims make no sense to me. Hypnosifl 02:54, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
You have been blocked for a period of 24 hours for violating the three reverts rule on the time travel article. You may resume editing after your block expires, but continued edit warring will result in longer blocks without further warning. Kafziel Talk 03:07, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
