There is a lot of missing information in this article, but the general layout shows the potential to a great article. You need to add a section on the actual crops grown in the SW US. Watershed should probaly come after geography and climate. Since it IS the first sentence on your page you may want to add more on the economics of the area.. (i.e. exports),
