License tagging for Image:Early Spring Landscapes by Guo Xi.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Early Spring Landscapes by Guo Xi.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:09, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

Regarding Image:Terracota Army soldier.jpg
[edit]As I remembered, the museum forbids the use of camera. If so, then the picture would be illegal. Lightblade 16:33, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
No, photo is allowed (Tang Zu-Ming 01:36, 20 May 2007 (UTC))
On this image, you release it into the public domain, but then "You can use this photo freely in Wikipedia within the topics on China." doesn't really mesh with that license. Do you understand that your image may be used commercially by other people on other websites or other forms? If you're fine with this, please edit the page and remove the sentence. If you aren't fine with it, please let me know or otherwise mark the image for deletion. Thank you for understanding. MECU≈talk 13:28, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
I'v changed them 2 "Free domain", thanku 4 reminding. (Tang Zu-Ming (talk) 03:13, 7 May 2008 (UTC))

AfD nomination of T. Tony Cai
[edit]An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is T. Tony Cai. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/T. Tony Cai. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 26 December 2009 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
