Blocked as a sockpuppet

Request reason:

I am not a sock puppet of any account ,how can I be a sockpuppet of an account that is newer than mine, i made my account 3 years ago that other account was made 3 months ago, check the dates and IP address if you dont believe me. And anyway, give me the evidence of where i abused anyone, I referenced everything I said. You are legitametely banning me for no apparent reason. One last time, im not a sockpuppet of that O3 guy, check the IP adresses.Im a different person and ive had this account for 3 years. In my time as a wiki user i have never violated the terms and conditions, atleast give me a temporary ban, but giving me a permanent ban is very unlogical, Ive talked to the 3O user and it seems as if we have made a mistake and I apologise for that. I wont be editing those pages anymore, but we are not the same person and User:3Oh Hexelon requested that I edit the page when he was blocked, I only though I was contributing, I actually had no idea that it was abusive. Decline reason:

If we take your excuses at face value, best case scenario is that you revived an account that made a handful of edits two years ago in order to give the illusion of consensus in coordination with another editor contrary to WP:SOCK. That's a pretty bleak best case scenario and it doesn't compel me to modify your block, regardless of what you "demand". The standard offer is available for you. bons mots Ok but explain why I am given a block indefinitely while User:3Oh Hexelon has been given a temporary block of 3 months. Surely I would deserve a 3 month block too considering the fact that User:3Oh Hexelon was the main vandaliser and my vandalism was minor compared to his? Jezebel's Ponyo

Thanks for not responding and proving that the permanent block I received was absolute shambles and was completely pathetic. You have nothing to say because you know anyone in their right mind would have given me a temporary one instead. Not a single one of you could explain why I received a permanent block rather than a temporary one even after only getting 1 chance rather than other people who receive many temporary blocks before they get a permanent one. Initially, you claimed you were not violating WP:SOCK. You have now edited your unblock request to indicate that you were indeed editing on behalf of your friend, even though you knew they were blocked. Ok yes but all that proves is that I’m not a sock puppet and a permanent ban is absolutely meaningless. This is the first time I’ve ever violated WP:MEAT. Why do other people get temporary bans while I’m here getting a permanent ban for the 1st ever time I violated the conditions. This clearly indicates that I’m not being given the same rights as every other user as whenever they violate the conditions they get a minimum week ban while here I am getting a permanent one. And then again I had no idea the edit was a violation as I wasn’t informed about initially thinking it was a good contribution Talkativeness (talk) 18:05, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have read WP:MEAT and nowhere does it say that permanent bans are given to people who violate it. I don’t understand why a temporary ban wasn’t given instead. And actually no I didnt know that he was blocked as stated in the initial reasoning " I actually had no idea that it was abusive" , he randomly messaged me asking me to edit the page, I complied thinking that it was a useful contribution. I have apologized for it even though Im not the one in the wrong, how come I get a permanent ban, you've literally been doing this for 16 years as your account states, surely you would know that a temporary ban is more suited to someone who has only ever committed one mistake while being on wiki. Please give me another chance and let me make useful contributions again.

I dont know if you are choosing to ignore me Yamla, but im not going anywhere, I deserve the same rights as everyone else on here. I demand to be unblocked. You have been very unprofessional in giving me a proper reason on why I have been banned and have avoided to answer my case and avoided to provide a thorough investigation on this. I am seriously thinking of emailing wiki support and discussing this with them. You are supposed to be an administrator on this and you have acted unaccordingly. Anyone would know that the ban I was given was utterly pathetic and a temporary ban would make much more sense. If you are unable to see that then I would like someone else to review my this situation as you are unfit to do this and very biased in trying to get me off this app. Im extremely agitated at you compliance and co-operation with me on this topic.

You are confused. I didn't block you. Your block log is visible here. If you wish, I'm happy to decline your open unblock request but I strongly suggest you'd be better suited having an independent administrator review your request instead.
