Thank you for your helpful image! I'm sorry that the abuse filter software kept preventing you from adding the image; as you may have seen, someone else has added it. Basically, the software thought that you were adding spam: people will often add their own names to articles as a sneaky kind of spamming, and the software doesn't understand that your attempted addition was different. Just two notes: (1) We don't generally need to add citations for image captions, so you don't need to worry about them in the future, but they're great in article text (2) If you encounter any more problems with the filter, please report them, whether at the Help Desk again, or at the page for reporting false positives, or even at my talk page.
