Long lead time for review of this important article

Currently the Canadian Registration Number system is not well understood in the National context. draft Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Canadian_Registration_Number_(CRN) has received two constructive comments. How can the page be accelerated to publication status so the world can begin to have a comprehensive reference to this important article on regulatory and standards compliance requirements for (potentially) dangerous pressure equipment imported to Canada? This is a request for assistance.
