Sweet potato
[edit]Thanks for pointing out the potential error at Sweet potato. Just so you know, questions about the content of an article should be addressed on the article's talk page (Talk:Sweet potato, in this case) rather than within the text of the article itself, so I have moved your comment to Talk:Sweet_potato#Vitamin_C. - You made the same in-text commentary again today. Two sources, one of them the USDA tables for raw and cooked sweet potato, say vitamin C content (as ascorbic acid) increases when cooked. It does seem contrary to common sense, but there may be structural changes in cooking that make the ascorbic acid more available for measurement and human intake when consumed. --Zefr (talk) 00:21, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
