Resumbitting drafts (Kevina Love)

[edit]

Why would you resubmit the draft for Kevina Love [1] when there have been no changes to it since the last time it was declined? The result won't change. That's just a waste of people's time. signed, Willondon (talk) 21:26, 16 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Because everythig you guys asked me to do I’ve already did.I don’t understand how the sources are unreliable when I’ve done countless Research on how to site sources.is there any other source of help you guys can give to new writers TDuncan12 (talk) 00:01, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It's not a matter of using the Wiki system to reliably add the sources correctly. It's about the sources themselves, and how reliable they are. YouTube is rarely accepted as a source, because anybody can add a video there, and there's no oversight as to whether or not it's accurate or important. Accuracy or truth usually isn't the problem, it's that a video can testify that something exists or happened, but there's no reliable secondary source reporting that it is notable (by noting it).
The second video is not useful at all, because it just shows music being played against a stage background signifying something very unclear. The first is closer to adequate sourcing. But it shows the subject saying "thanks that I won this award". To start, what you need to do is find an independent source that reports on the award and the subject's win. But since notability usually requires more than one source reporting on the subject, you need to find more sources that are not connected, and that are reporting and focussing on the subject of the article. signed, Willondon (talk) 00:19, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
