Hi Team Do Not Say. I thought I'd drop by to see how the draft article is coming along. I like your planned expansions and they will make it a much stronger article. One small suggestion - in the reception section, many Wikipedia book articles have a short summery intro sentence that usually states something like "The book was well received by critics". When you add your expansions to the article, be sure to do so in small chunks and provide edit summaries - this will make it easier for other editors to see how you are improving the article. Hi All - I'm checking in, too. I think your contribution is so timely (and I continue to be surprised that the article hasn't been more developed, given its reception.) Under "Historical Contexts," I think that people will appreciate the links you are adding to the various texts Thien takes up. Based on what you have so far, a minor suggestion I have is that I might mention Wen the Dreamer in your opening plot summary, particularly given the importance you give to the Book of Records and the key role his character plays here. Another thing to consider is including some of what Thien has said about this text in interviews and public talks (that said, I appreciate that you may instead be directing your attention to summarizing and contextualizing the text).
