According to Template:POV, the tag warning about neutrality disputes can be removed if the dispute is resolved or if the discussion about neutrality issues is dormant. As far as I can tell, the person who was objecting that the article was biased has not contributed to the discussion page for carnism since July 4 (almost a month ago); also, the article has been greatly improved (thanks for your work on this).
