Please do not vandalise wikipedia, most people prefer you discussing a genre change, so please do this before continuing altering genres... Also a minor edit is one that people will not object to i.e.spelling corrections, not adding/removing genres. Please stop as you have altered too many pages, so could face a block if you continue! A tag has been placed on Paul Todd, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as articles for deletion. If you can indicate how Paul Todd is different from the previously posted material, or if you can indicate why this article should not be deleted, I advise you to place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article, and also put a note on Talk:Paul Todd saying why this article should stay. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 4 under General criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. We welcome your help in trying to improve Wikipedia, and we request you to follow these instructions. -- moe.RON Let's talk | done 20:08, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Lee Molyneux (footballer born 1989), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Tiptoety 20:31, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The transfers section that you created on the Everton F.C. page has been deleted after a discussion on the Wikiproject football talk page. This is because it places a huge bias on current events against WP:RECENT guidelines. The information is better suited to wikinews and not on the main Everton article. Please stop adding Fernandes to the squad list. He should only be added when the club has announced his signing. SenorKristobbal 17:01, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Everton F.C.

[edit]

I noticed you are editing the current squad. I think this is a good idea, except would you please try not to make millions of edits, just do it all in one edit if possible? It makes it difficult to see what you have edited. Use preview and then save when you have finnished. Thankyou.

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Fernando Torres. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. John Hayestalk 09:47, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Lee Molyneux (footballer born 1989), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. AfD nomination of Lee Molyneux (footballer born 1989)

[edit]

I have nominated Lee Molyneux (footballer born 1989), an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lee Molyneux (footballer born 1989). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Mattythewhite (talk) 20:09, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
