To add on, thank you for your article. I would recommend a couple things, if you can. I'd like a bit more about the history and development of the area (perhaps this would be better added to the conformal field theory article, though). Also, the conformal bootstrap section might be cut down to its first sentence ("The conformal bootstrap method consists in defining and solving CFTs using only symmetry and consistency assumptions. In two dimensions, this method leads to exact solutions of certain CFTs, and to classifications of rational theories."). The rest seems a bit extraneous to me,. For instance, as a reader of an encyclopedia article, do I really care about $C_{\Delta _{1},{\bar {\Delta }}_{1},\Delta _{2},{\bar {\Delta }}_{2},\Delta _{3},{\bar {\Delta }}_{3}}$? I cut that down, if I'm wrong and that material is very important, feel free to add it back (and maybe add a little more explanation about why it is so important). Also, I don't understand why you define a unitary CFT. I don't see it discussed elsewhere. If someone knows linear algebra and real analysis, the definitions make sense, but I don't think the definitions are needed in the encyclopedia article for the reader to draw the connections between the subject and those fields. I've left that in, and you certainly can, but I'd be more interested in a little bit more about why those definitions matter. Good luck! Smmurphy^(Talk) 15:52, 4 January 2017 (UTC)

Thank you for the suggestions. I believe that the material on the conformal bootstrap is very important, but I now realize that this should be better explained. Unitarity is important too, and I will try to explain why. And indeed it would be good to have a section on the history of the subject, but it is not my priority and I hope someone else will write it. Sylvain Ribault (talk) 16:11, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
