Hello, Sydcg, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Welcome. Great to see another student editor (that's what pushed me to become a more active editor) on here. I'd say, as a long-time editor on that page, that the "Trends" and "Up to the 1990s" sections of that article probably could stand to be expanded or improved, while the "1990s to present" section is a bit of a lower priority as it only summarizes sections from the sub-pages listed there. That's just my suggestions, though, and any improvements to that page would be great, as it doesn't always get as much attention as other LGBTQ pages, unfortunately. Best of luck with your Wikipedia editing! --Historyday01 (talk) 19:54, 2 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
