Speedy deletion of Mario Rossi

A tag has been placed on Mario Rossi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. With respect to your "hangon", I'm sorry, but Wikipedia is not a memorial, and articles on individuals must indicate that they are of encyclopedic importance (which is a very different thing, of course, from personal value!). If you want to create an article on a person, you should read over our inclusion guidelines for biographies and use reliable, previously published sources like newspaper articles or books or professional website to help verify that the individual meets those guidelines. I also wanted to note that this article was not tagged by a user named "moongateclimber" (nor am I connected to moongateclimber even though we both have "moon" in our name), but by an English language Wikipedia named CultureDrone, who left you the note above. I don't know what the Italian Wikipedia's guidelines are for biographies, since every Wikimedia project has its own policies and procedures, but it may simply be that there was no evidence that this individual met their guidelines, either.
