Oh, to answer your question (which I forgot about), arrestins do play a role in other mechanisms. I was specifically reading into receptor endocytosis, but arrestin binding usually follow after the channel phosphorylation which then affects everything else. Sadly, this is not the case 100% of the time which complicates the issue.Swalk22 (talk) 18:52, 24 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for not responding sooner. It looks good. The only thing that was initially not entirely clear for me was the connection between endocytosis and desensitization but as I read on, the removal of receptors from the cell membrane made more sense.
