Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Defunkitated. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. - SpLoT / (talk) 06:57, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
For reference, this is Defunkitated in its entirety:
Defunkitated <D-Funk-Eh-Tate-Ed>
Defunkitated is a word that was brought about some time late in 2003 by Zechariah Blanchard of Jupiter Farms Florida. Zechariah was talking to his brothers Norman and Jeremiah when he used it for the first time. The brothers asked Zechariah what it meant, but he could not tell them. Later on he used it in many sentences such as, "You know, like... That chick is so defunkitated!" or "Man, I have been working so long that my brain has become a defunkitated mess."
Defunkitated also has many run offs that Zechariah later created. These include, but are not limited to (In no specific order):
Defunked <D-Funk-D> "Bro, that stuff has been defunked."
Defunkified <D-Funk-If-Eyed> "Well, isn't this just a defunkified situation to be getting myself into."
Defunk <D-Funk> "Stay back, I wouldn't want to catch the defunk that you are spreading."
Defunkitation <D-Funk-Eh-Tay-Shun> "This article is full of defunkitation."
Defunkitardation <D-Funk-Eh-Tard-A-Shun> "If the defunkitardation of that man doesn't kill us all it will at least make us stupid."
Defunking <D-Funk-Ing> "Dude, the defunking nature of that kid makes me feel bad for him."
Defunkable <D-Funk-Ah-Bull> "My car is un-defunkable."
Defunker <D-Funk-Err> "That guy is a defunker, he ruins everything."
There are many more and Zechariah will update this article as time permits. --Suthernreb 06:49, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
The problem is that your article is about a word created solely by yourself, which does not have a dictionary entry in any respected dictionary (try Oxford or Merriam-Webster, not Urban), and it is a word which you claim was invented by yourself. It has less than 400 hits on Google. Simply, it's not notable enough for Wikipedia. - SpLoT / (talk) 07:12, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
Oh yes, and if you still think your article should be kept, place a {{hangon}} on the page and explain why it should be kept at Talk:Defunkitated. An administrator will then consider your request and act accordingly. Thanks. - SpLoT / (talk) 07:16, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from articles, as you did with Defunkitated. It is considered vandalism. You may place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page if you oppose an article's speedy deletion. Thanks. -- Shadowlynk 09:02, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
