You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Trichology; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. If you are connected to someone or something you have written about (a few examples are writing about yourself, your business, your band, a member of your family, your client) then you should be aware that Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline discourages you from writing about that subject. The main reason for that is that experience over the years indicates that editors with such a connection to a subject they are writing about are likely to find it very difficult, or even impossible, to stand back from their writing and see how it will look from the detached perspective of an outsider, so that they are likely to write in ways that look promotional to others, even if they sincerely think they are writing in a neutral way. Also, if your editing forms all or part of work for which you are paid, whether as an employee, as a contractor, or in any other capacity, the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use require you to state who is paying you, and what your connection to them is. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 days for edit-warring, editing contrary to the guidelines on conflict of interest, promotional editing, and violation of the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use. Most of us, including myself, when we start editing Wikipedia make mistakes because we are not aware of the policies and guidelines, but continuing to do the same after being informed of them is a different matter. In addition to the messages above, I note that another account used almost certainly by you had previously been informed of the guideline on conflict of interest and the issues relating to paid editing, and also told "promotional editing is not acceptable". Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
